The name itself carries an important of high value , considering is just not just a building but a mixture of cultural activities , drama , institutional economic & social activities bended together to conceptualized a space for people where they can experience , learn , relax , enjoyand discover the cultural & social values.

HOTEL
This hotel is proposed in Noida (U.P) , this hotel is designed accordance to sun path due to harsh climate in Noida.
All windows and balconies are oriented to North , to get more North light.

RESIDENCE
This residence is located in Pali, the house offers the charm of living amidst nature while retaining the conveniences of modern luxury.

Each living space opens to private landscaped areas – terrace, balcony etc.
OFFICE BUILDING
This commercial office building is located in Basni, Jodhpur. As we know that the climate of Jodhpur is majorly Hot & Dry, as it is under the most hot areas of Rajasthan . So the client did not want to us to maximum use of glass curtain wall , so we have sorted this by using different types of materials to restrict the sun exposure .

We have used the screening of IPE Wood.
MR. NIKHIL RESIDENCE
JODHPUR
On a basic housing board plot, client wanted a unique design using of jodhpur stone and modern architecture, so we have used cubical design by mixing of different sizes of cubes to give the house a unique design.

This site has a different story. The previously designed elevation by someone was not much satisfactory to the client so we redesigned it again. The challenge was the site was not much large but we come up with the best elevation providing adequate space.The client was very happy at the first attempt.

MR. KISHAN RESIDENCE
JODHPUR
In this site the elevation was not so perfect so we redesign it using the mechanism by cutting and adding the slabs and modified it with the modern architecture. Later on the client was very impressed with the design and he proposed us for the interior also and we did our best.

MR. LAXMAN RESIDENCE
JODHPUR
This beautiful residence is located at Blue city of Rajasthan Jodhpur. The client wanted to design it in a typical jodhpur traditional design but we convinced the client to add modern cum traditional look design.
We use corinthian colums at the left facade and we added unique type of chajja at left with a beautiful landscaping.
In flooring we have used different type of italian marbles.

MR. NARESH RESIDENCE
JODHPUR
This is a Renovation Project we have done. Initially only ground floor was constructed of 10' height only so when we designed the first floor, the half part of the first floor starts from top of the ground floor slab and the other half part starts from upstairs landing.
Therefore when we look at the elevation it looks like a mixing of two cubes at different levels.

AKSHAY HEIGHTS
JALORE
This site is in Jalore and its a G+4 apartment building which we designed in 2019. Most of the work is done in ACP. As it is a south west facing site so we have designed an eggshell window shedding design in elevation. The apartment has 8 flats of size 20'x35'. On the boundary wall we have used jodhpur stone.
The site looks more beautiful in real.

MRS. MEENAL RESIDENCE
SHIVGANJ
This white house is located at Shivganj, which is 100 Km far from Jodhpur.
Initially the whole residence is painted in white color, so the client wanted some colorful elevation with different kinds of materials in a very low cost. So we played with some colors to give this house a beautiful elevation. We have also used the ACP of wooden and italian finish, also we used khadau cladding at front facade and done the design in very cost effective manner.

GROUP HOUSING
JODHPUR
This housing project is located at jodhpur,this is very small sizes villa of size 25'x40' and the total area of housing is 1.8 Acre.
We have only worked in designing part in this site, we have proposed a very simple and get attractive design by using low cost local materials such as wooden finish tiles and glass railings in front and we have also used cubical design in elevation facade.

MR. GIRISH RESIDENCE
MANDORE
This site is in Mandore, Jodhpur . This was our second project of our firm when we started.
This house is belong to a dental family, so they wanted a medical shop and small clinic and 2 SUV car parking at the ground floor. Also they wanted mater bedroom at the front on first floor with balcony.
For designing element we created a antique standing column wall and clad with black tile which works as a highlighter for the elevation.

PARSVNATH CITY
This residence is in Parsvnath city Jodhpur. Vaastu Shastra played an integral part in the planning and spatial organization of this otherwise contemporary house in Jodhpur. Living spaces open into terraces at all levels allowing the house to open intrinsically on a site surrounded with buildings at close proximity

MR. DHIRAJ RESIDENCE
BARMER
This is a renovation project we have done located at Barmer, Rajasthan.
The site is of 30'x40' but the client want to give a bigger view. So we played with the volume as we are restricted for the width of the residence .
We created a unique wall of height 17' on balcony slab which is wall but exactly not a wall, because we designed it a very unique style.
We used the ACP sheets in elevation with Different types of stones.

BASNI PHASE 2
This building is in Basni Phase 2.Initially only Ground floor was constructed for handicraft factory. So the client wanted two more floor on it, they want to showcasing their handicraft items on first floor and the second floor was for IT office for rental purpose. In elevation we used most of the curtain wall and ACP sheets and in the center of the building we given two passenger elevator screening by glass facade.

NAGORE
This building is in Nagore Rajasthan. The client wanted a building for multiple uses, then we designed a Mix Use building in which ground floor have office space for different departments and first and second floor was for flats of small sizes.
In this building major of the work was constructed in RCC and less use of ACP.
The client wanted a unique roof top on terrace in future.
